Pernod Ricard commissioned us to create a personalized promotional plan for each of its national wholesalers.

The challenge consisted of devising a promotional plan with the objective of covering as much as possible the needs of each of the wholesalers. Taking into account the low homogeneity that exists between them, as important factors vary: location, customers, size, distributed products, consumption, etc. The objective was to find a formula for wholesalers to access the platform and use the budget that Pernod Ricard makes available to boost their brands at points of sale. To achieve this goal we had to be able to offer new and creative actions or promotions so that wholesalers could offer their customers (bars, restaurants...) activations that would help us gain visibility, notoriety and sales.
We created Pernod Ricard Activa, a program that allows them to work on brand activations in the stores reinforcing brand value at the moment of consumption.
These actions allow the wholesaler to promote the purchases of Pernod Ricard products and also to give visibility to their brands through activations in the points of sale aimed at the consumer that, at the same time, cause an increase in sales of their references.

We created a digital space, a functional and original web page that allows wholesalers to easily access and make use of the budget granted by Pernod Ricard so that their brands gain visibility with their customers.
The web works like an e-commerce, where the actions that can be requested are offered and it is assigned a value: material kits or self-implementing parties, formations and PLV elements. This cost or value of each of the activations is subtracted from the budget allocated by Pernod Ricard in shares for each particular wholesaler.










The project was carried out entirely by Slogan: creation of the web platform, idea and design of the project and of all the kits and merchandising elements, also its production, data management, shipment of the kits, etc.


















Este proyecto ha ido creciendo y a día de hoy no solo cumple el fin con el que fue creado, sino que nos permite conocer a la perfección detalles de consumo y cómo se comporta, al momento, una activación en el canal de distribución y si es exitosa o no. Ofreciendo un tracking completo a través de códigos QR que nos permiten seguir las acciones desde su entrega a los distribuidores hasta su activación en el punto de venta por parte del consumidor.
Pernod Ricard Activa has positioned itself as a reference spirits program focused on the entire Pernod Ricard sales chain (wholesaler, POS, consumer).
