Bodegas Torres commissioned us with a project to increase its sales and customer loyalty in the Hotel & Restaurant channel.
The challenge was to establish itself as a Group close to the Hotel & Restaurant channel to increase the sales of its references and encourage them at certain times and/or areas, according to commercial and marketing interests, nationally and internationally. We had to propose a platform that could achieve these goals with existing customers and facilitate the introduction of references from the Group to potential clients, encouraging rotation, penetration and prescription.
We created a simple and dynamic space in which all the action takes place. We set out to meet also behaviour models of our customers and analyze them to build loyalty and launch new references or special offers for them while creating brand value.
We created Torres Plus, an ad hoc web environment for Bodegas Torres, in order to reward the loyalty of the Group's customers by also creating a direct communication channel and consolidating ourselves as a reference. We invited to participate in a selection of establishments, which have been changing every year, according to the proposed objectives (zones, references...). We offered them a program in which they could get great prizes based on the points earned for the purchase of products from Bodegas Torres.



These establishments receive a sales folder with a card containing their registration data so they can register online and consult the mechanics of accumulation of points, segmented according to the market value of the Group's references. That platform is also segmented by zone in case at any given time we want to vary the score of a Group reference in a certain area to encourage sales.



We made a website focused on the POS. An environment that makes them feel special and important within the Group, offering them useful and interesting tools. The participants see month by month the purchases made and the points generated by the purchase of each one of the references, news of interest, references in promotion, experiences, point calculators, awards, etc.







Torres Plus is a 360º Program developed entirely by Slogan, from the realization and production of the entire project to the management data, sales update, prize management, creation of communications, SMS, newsletters, call center, etc.






It is a very successful and a long haul program.
It has been adapting and improving since 2012 getting a positive ROI in all the editions, given to the increase in sales and active customers, the penetration of the Group's brands and the loyalty generation of our customers. Generating brand value and prescribers through branded content.
